This policy applies to domestic orders within the United Kingdom and the United States, and is designed to ensure that you are clearly informed of our shipping procedures. By placing an order with Zoniva, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Shipping Costs

Free Shipping – All domestic orders within the UK and the USA qualify for free standard shipping.

Transit, Handling & Order Cut-Off Time

  • UK Transit Time: 4–8 working days (Monday to Friday).
  • USA Transit Time: 5–9 working days (Monday to Friday), depending on the location.
  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM GMT will be processed the same day.
  • Handling Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday).

Delivery Terms

We use Royal Mail, Evri, DPD and other trusted courier services for UK deliveries, and reliable logistics partners for deliveries to the USA.

Change of Address

Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address. If you need to amend your delivery details, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@zoniva.com.

Cancellations

If you change your mind before your order is dispatched, you may request a cancellation. Once the order has been dispatched, please refer to our Refund Policy.

Parcels Damaged in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery if possible and contact our customer service team immediately. If the parcel has been delivered while you were away, please email us with photos and we will advise you on the next steps.
