Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., personalised items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be in original condition—unworn or unused, with tags, in original packaging—and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
